My stay had some highlights and some setbacks. The hotel staff were generally polite and helpful, which made a positive impression. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to key sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. However, the room I received on arrival was not what I expected, and it did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I had hoped. The dining experience left something to be desired, especially regarding dinner at the Ottoman Restaurant. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments, several aspects could use significant improvement.

We had an unforgettable stay at Sura Design. The hospitality was top-notch, and the overall vibe of the hotel made our trip truly special. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from iconic landmarks. Although the breakfast selection was impressive, there’s always room for more variety in the options available. Overall, we found excellent value for our money given the quality of the experience.
